Depositing issues with the app

The services provided by the bank made me a loyal customer. I never considered switching banks until a relatively minor episode that potentially could have ruined my financial health. I was away from the nearest branch and needed to do a deposit to my account. I went on to use the mobile deposit option, and right from the start I had one error after another. The money simply did not go there and I did not know the reason for it. As the customer service was not responsive at the time I called them (which is understandable, as I called them later at night), I tried to find the solution through the FAQ section on the website or anywhere at the internet. I could not see a single topic dedicated to the mobile deposit errors and it made me frustrated. Ended up using another app for depositing money.
