Deposit of $100 per room not refunded

They charged $ 100 deposit per room which I had 2 and said we would get it back in 3 to 5 business days we checked out on 7/19/21 and have not received the deposit the manager wasnt friendly when I asked to pay for it in cash and he said no so I just want to know where my deposit is
