Hello, this is Norma. I'm writing to let you know that I called last week to find out that I haven't receive my free phone. I told I receive a sim card, but the stupid asked me if I want to activate my sim card. How in the world he'll will activate it w/out a phone? Doesn't say free government phone with everything free if he refuses to send one? The man who I talked to about where's my free phone is an Indian guy from India. HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO CALL FOR THIS COMPANY TO SEND ME THE FREE PHONE.
