Dented product and the lies told about a 10% refund… past the 15 day inspection period.

First of all it is nearly impossible to get to anyone that knows anything. They run you around from dept. to dept. and never get any satisfaction. On april 23rd I complained that the range I purchsed was dented. It was past the 15 day period because I was redoing a kitchen. They put me in contact with someone that said they would refund 10% of the purchase price... They did not. When I called today May 26th, , , they professed to know nothing about it. I was on the phone for over an hour... talked to many different people and none knew anything relevant to my call. Samsung customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. HORRIBLE!!!
