Dental coverage issues

2

Original review updated by user May 28, 2021 Aetna premier plan claims to provide a dental reimbursement. In this scheme, the client must file a claim for dental services received and hope that Aetna will provide the limited reimbursement. The results were mixed. The first year it mostly worked, the second year has been a disaster. I was shocked to discover that Aetna had paid out 90% of my yearly benefits to a provider rather than reimburse me for my claims. User's recommendation: Caveat emptor.
