Bought a groupon for full synthetic oil change and was denied service because the employee claimed he didnt have the right tools to remove the front skid plate. Offered to order kit that would be delievered following Wednesday, I denied. Following day which is today 9/2/2020 I was denied service again and showing back up with my personal tool for them to use. Was told that they couldnt change my oil, he didnt have the right oil filter and that Volkswagen was way out of their league. Whats up with the *** customer service??
