I require an afternoon dialysis appointment. DaVita/Table Rock/Boise, Idaho refused to allow me to maintain my dialysis schedule, insisting that I come at a time that is not possible for me, due to a medically documented, lifelong severe sleep disorder. User's recommendation: Unfortunately, dialysis services in the United States are totally monopolized by two companies. Both are primarily focused upon corporate profits, and both have abysmal records for patient service. I do not know what to recommend.
