I have had Health Net insurance since June of 2018. In that time frame they have increased my premiums by 28 percent, refused to cover my insulin (novalog and basaglar). Today I just received a bill from the optometrist for several hundred dollars because they refuse to cover services that my primary physician had sent in a referral for. This company would rather have you lose your eye site or worse then cover for the medication and services I pay my premiums for.
