Deluth Fireplace

Purchased fireplace in December of 2020 and the mantel was damaged. Called the customer service line and it took about 90 minutes to talk to someone. The representative was helpful and sent me a return label for the mantel part. I sent the part back and that was it...Nothing...No new part..No response.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! FAR AWAY SCUMBAGS!!!
