Terrible experience with Delta Airline and Delta Cargo!! They traveled my dog under 85 degrees while Delta is not ready to transport pets!!! Extremely rude employees without having the kindness to help with more information!! My puppy arrived in Tampa FL in such a bad conditions and I was forced to pay hotel and expenses for the night and change my flight!!
