Worst company on the planet. Bought a Dell S2721HGF monitor based on reviews. It was $40 more expensive than monitors which had better specifications, but I thought I might get better quality and support because of the brand name. Oh Lord was I wrong. Waited for the new monitor to arrive, and it was DOA. I had no screen at all and no power light. Tried to find how to turn it on on on but no instructions were included. Tried multiple power cables and video cords, including a DisplayPort cable I had to buy separately that every other manufacturer included free. Nothing worked, Dell tech support hung up on me 6 or 7 times - over and over again! Finally got someone (the whole time I am begging them not to hang up again!) who said my monitor was obviously defective and started a return. What they sent out was a refurbished monitor which was obviously worth less money and had a reduced warranty!!! The worst part was that it also arrived BROKEN. The DisplayPort input was broken inside (the plastic tab) and you could not hook it up to the computer with that cable. Even when using HDMI cables it would often not recognize the input from the video card and just revert to standby mode! Now I have two broken monitors and no computer system. Dell said I have to return the refurbished monitor before they can do anything else - which means making two separate trips to town and I live in the country. They were supposed to send a working monitor when they saw tracking number of first return - but they won't answer my e-mails now. So I still have no working monitor, a broken Dell in my floor (another trip to town to return their 27" giant paperweights), and no word from them regarding my status. They sell junk, and don't sell behind it. Horrible customer service - purposely hanging up on the people that spend their hard-earned money on their scrap. Wish I could give them "0" stars - and that is too good for them! Will never spend another dime on this disgusting company!!!
