1.Neglected transaction in August 27, 2021 at 5:39 PM, amount around Subtotal $206.58 Delivery Fee $3.99$0.00 Service Fee $32.42$10.33 Tax $6.88 Dasher Tip $15.50 Total $239.29 Refund -$9.98 [call and chat at least three times, till not yet process the debit to my account, I ordered groceries at Safeway and use Doordash for deliver the groceries.] 2. I have at least 5 times people tried to intrude my Doordash account to make order, two times succeeded, I reported to Doordash and got it back total over $250. 3. The other 3 time not succeed. I changed my debit card, and changed my password since then. 4. And the portal chat box has a new button that can linked to customer file explorer, and I do not think is okay. I prefer use the button "attached file" instead. 5. I like the refund system though, it is fast, but you have to use the cost value at doordash, I think it is there system, like the store item cost always changed? 6. I depended on Doordash, like instacart's delivery can only handle purchase around $10 - $50, other over that amount, they can not handle it. 7. And the fake/intruder made the fake order on my account, Doordoor refuse to clear it ??????? [Taqueria El Rinconcito Mexican Grill August 19, 2021 at 1:55 PM Total $44.40]
