Delivery Schedule

I ordered two rocking chairs from the Troutman Company and received notice they were shipped by TForce. The final mile delivery needed to be scheduled. I saw on the tracking notice a delivery appointment was scheduled. At the time, I assumed they meant the delivery to the warehouse in Baltimore had been scheduled. When I called this morning, I was informed an appointment was made on 8/4 for delivery to my home on 8/9. I never received a call from anyone and have two appointments today. User's recommendation: Stay away from this company! I have had issues with them before - they are a mess!
