He did not wear his mask whilst in the lift and left it hanging on his arm. Despite asking him to put on his mask, he ignored the request and walked out of the lift without his mask on. This is blatant disregard for the law and the safety of others even when someone else had reminded him to do so. Kindly sanction your staff or take him to task and discipline.
