I purchased a certificate for 200 dollars for my wife to get services of her choice from this spa and when we tried to make an appointment, no one returns the phone call. this is a local spa that had some good reviews so decided to buy services from them. They never delivered and i think they are waiting for the cert to expire before they call back. have been trying for several weeks to contact and did get one person to call back but upon speaking, we were told we could not have all the services done as the day spa apparently broke up into different locations and they did not perform the services listed on the site. we didnt bargain for all the hassle. the cert expires feb 5th. I tried to get wife in for appoint several times with no luck. they need to be reported for false advertising and theft of funds over the internet when people buy the certificate they dont get what they think they are paying for
