Delivery of cold food

Had food delivered today and the popcorn chicken and tender were cold inside, the only thing that was remotely warm was the sandwich, and macaroni salad, which is supposed to be cold. When I called the location the phone was off, on a Friday night at 8 pm. Worst experience for a meal that cost over $30. I tried to lodge a complaint online and it kept giving me an error not allowing me to register a complaint. I next called the head office 800 number to lodge a complaint and when the line was answered, but there was no one there, just dead air. Most ridiculous display of disregard for customers. I have deleted my account and the app from my phone, and will never eat KFC again. Support small business by boycotting big corps!
