I've been a Bonitas client for over 8 years and have been recently introduced to Pharmacy Direct for supplying me with my medication due to benefits. Unfortunately the first month was good and I recieved my medication on time thereafter a change of script was made and I had to forward it to them which I did and it's been an indefinite arrival of medication from then onwards till date. I'm basically taking half of the medication when I receive which leaves me having to recieve the new batch in 2 weeks again which doesn't happen! I have to constantly call and ask them to please change the date of delivery on their side which they claim to have done but I still recieve poor service and no medication on time. I'm so disappointed with this and I hope this matter can be resolved.
