Delivery not received on date promise and poor customer service

Delivery was scheduled for July 27 between 5:30pm and 7:30pm I never received a call telling me saying delivery delayed so I called 3 times. First call on hold 30 minutes spoke with a person who eventually placed me on hold then a disconnect. The 2nd call on hold 19 minutes with the same results. The 3rd call I requested to speak with supervisor and told not available and would call me I 24-48 hours and that the next available delivery date was Saturday July 31. I am most annoyed would have app User's recommendation: They have lost me as a customer.
