delivery not made on birthday

I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday at 9:00 am Sunday 9/12 to be delivered Monday 9/13. I felt assured that the delivery could be made because I paid a $15 delivery fee PLUS an additional $3 for same day delivery. I received an email at 4:48 pm central standard time saying that the delivery could not be made because the florist didn't have the necessary flowers. IF they would have contacted me immediately in the morning, I would have found another florist who would be happy to accommodate my request. I called to complain and was offered a refund of 25% which was a refund of $19.11. Not enough since you missed her big day. I'm mad mad mad!!!
