Delivery Failure

I selected a planter for a funeral for my son in laws grandmother. When they got to the visitation, they could not find the flowers. I called to check and see if they had been delivered, and I was told that because of the Pandemic, there were no live plants available. No email, no phone call, no nothing to tell me this. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! They were happy enough to keep my money though This is User's recommendation: DO NOT USE!!
