I purchased a subscription of the Sunday AJC and online version for my best friend. Almost three months after and still no AJC delivery. I received weekly calls from a young lady about delivery after I complained once, but I was told after three months that because I'm not throwing a fit and complaining; the weekly misses of delivery and the weekly calls from the AJC are not considered complaints and that I have to call a different department/phone number because she did not take complaints. Ironic that she is calling because you cannot deliver a paper to our house and we wonder why paper distribution is on its way out. You lost an online customer when you lost the delivery customer. But the customer service is horrendous. I still as of today have not received 2 months credit that has already been charged to my AMX card. I'll be challenging that with AMX as soon as I am done. To top it off I get a call from a customer service person wanting to know what they can do to earn my business back. Well, fix your problems and you might not have lost it in the first place. Remove my phone number from your database and never call me again [protected]. Refund the 2 monthly charges and ensure there is no 3rd or concurring charges.
