Have been using Fresh step for years saving points to get a outside cat play pen that was around 4000 points. But when I reached the goal of 4000 points the play pen was no longer there as well as other reward items . Only things that were on the catalog were small items or gift cards. So keep saving in hopes that a better selection would be offered. I had saved up over 11000 points ,then when checking the catalog for different items ,all my paw points were gone. Have been Emailing Fresh Step for two weeks .... No response. Will keep trying to contact Fresh Step a good product .. just falling short on what promises .
