After new update the only way to change channel or view the guide is to leave whatever program your watch and go to the guide. Previous I could watch a show and view the guide without interruption to whatever show I might be watching. You cannot even change the channel without going to the guide. Dont try to fix whats not broke. Sincerely previous customer at the end of billing month.
