Delayed orders no response from company

I'm still waiting on an order from FEBRUARY!! Which lip monthly didn't fill til April. They also charged me for my April bag &;;;;;;;;; I haven't received February order. The tracking number lip monthly provided me with for DHL is Invalid. DHL says liponthly gave me an invalid tracking number. Jason from customer service in lip monthly has said twice now he'll reach out to the shipping dept that was days ago. I've asked for a full refund & no response. There are better makeup subscriptions than this. I've place 3 order via boxycharm & ipsy & received them within the 3-5 days. Don't waste your time or money on
