I have placed the order of Saucony shoes UK8 size and they have dispatched size 7. Same day of delivery I have requested for return due to wrong product dispatch. Even after 20 days and multiple complaint no one reported for pickup . Apart from that I am getting fake message that pickup attempted , calls to change the pickup schedule and now I am getting messages of self dispatch. Worst customer service and I am force to file consumer complaint
