Have had service out five times. ) took apart my entire fridge , found ice pooling , black mold in liner gaps, mold result of cooling issue due to warped drain pan , poor draining excess water pooling under the drawers , leaking from the top of the fridge by ice maker. BLACK MOLD found by service tech. Reported this issue six weeks ago AIG would not assist . Service tech had over $1000 in parts. now the service company wont touch the fridge as it has black mold inside by motor and wiring. AIG refused to cover it under my extended warranty said it is environmental! do not buy whirlpool or extended warrenty from AIG SCAM! 11:06 AMour message here User's recommendation: do not by whirlpool/kitchen aide or their extended warrenty.
