This is the 3rd vacuum cleaner from Bissell. It is always the same problem. It starts to work fine, after a few weeks the vacuum cleaner starts to make a loud rattling noise, gets hot and shuts down. Crap material. They do not return calls, ignore you, and wish you would go away. I asked for my money back, so I can purchase a different brand. My Orek lasted for over 15 years. Maybe a Hoover or Shack would do a better job. Fix your engineering and design, then the complaints will stop. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY BISSELL - THERE IS NO WARRANTY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
