Defective Ulefone Armor X8

Ulefone Armor X8 received 27 April 2021. On or about 1 June 2021 {shortly after Amazon return window expired) display AUTO-ROTATE feature stopped functioning. Device can only be used in landscape mode. Auto-Rotate is ON. Attempted Factory Reset, etc., problem still persists. Local cell phone technician confirmed rotate sensor is not responding, device is defective. Please remedy this situation as soon as possible. Thank you. User's recommendation: Awaiting response from manufacturer before issuing recommendation.
