I purchased a sofa for $3000.00 approx. in Sept. 2020 it was delivered in Feb. 2021. The back cushions are sewing incorrectly. The stitching is not straight. C. S. Rep. told me that is normal. I recover furniture for customers. This is poor workman ship! All I asked for are new cushion covers. I was told NO. This is normal for their sofa. Twisted cushion backs are not normal for quality furniture. I expect more for $3000.00. $3000.00. User's recommendation: Do not purchase upholstered furniture from Arhaus.
