Defective SIM, defective replacement SIM and defective phone

On January 24, 2021, I purchased a phone and a plan from Tracfone (see attached order), Order Number: 3576****. When I received it, I tried to activate the phone following the instructions. It didn't work because the phone accused "no SIM card". After over 40minutes on the computer chatline with a Tracfone assistant, he concluded that the SIM card was defective and ordered a new one (see attached email). I received it and tried to connect to Tracfone's chat. To my surprise, my Tracfone account has two devices in it, which I do not recognize. I have no idea if there isn't someone using my name through the company. The company's phone number doesn't answer calls (or leaves the customer waiting forever). I *cannot* use the phone because I have hyperacusis: a conversation on the phone causes extreme pain. It is clear to me that Tracfone will not solve my problem, that they probably sold me a defective device and this situation will continue as it is.D User's recommendation: Do not do business with Tracfone.
