defective shoes and they will not refund my money.

I placed an order which included 3 pair of shoes. I only received one pair. They refunded me for the 2 pair I didn't receive; said they were out of stock. The one pair (sandals) I did receive, upon putting them on and taking several steps they came apart. I didn't get to wear them. I immediately took photos and sent an email with the photos to the company and have sent several since. They keep telling me they have already refunded the shoes . I have given them the product numbers to clarify that yes I did receive the refund for the 2 pair but not the 3rd pair which was defective. They keep sending me the same emails. One email stated to send back and me pay for the shipping. I told them I paid for the shipping for the defective shoes once and whoever sent them to me knew they were defective. When I took a closer look I could tell that they were dry rotted and they should for the shipping not me. I have repeatedly asked for my refund and they keep telling me they have refunded for the "out of stock shoes" ( which is true for the 2 pair but not the 3rd pair). I placed the order on July the 8th for $73.90. They refunded me $34.96 for the 2 pair that was out of stock, (# [protected], and [protected]-2). The sandals which were defective has not been refunded # [protected]-2.
