Defective shoe

I have quite a few pairs of Skechers shoes an have been very satisfied with them except for this pair that i bought in late 2019. The problem is that the right top of shoe is coming apart and the left shoe is in perfect shape. Please advise if you can replace these shoes.the SN #is53809color codeCCBK size us 10.5.
