Defective sectional

The sectional we bought seven months ago was defective. The zippers on one of the middle cushions broke for no reason (we had never even touched them) and the fabric would no longer stay connected to the cushion. We contacted the store that we bought the set at and spoke with Austin, the furniture manager. He was very accommodating and we received a new sectional the next day! Excellent customer service! Thank you Austin!
