Defective pulse-oxymeter

I purchased a defective oxyimeter and was told by customer service to return it for repair or replacement. I was told my oxymeter was discontinued and would be returned. I sent in my oxymeter on Feb 6, 2021 and as of today, May 19, have not received it. Furthermore, I paid over $100 for this device and need it for my copd. Instead of resolving this issue it appears I lost my oxymeter. User's recommendation: no customer support.
