Defective product and difficult to get a replacement

I bought a Lorex security system in Dec 2020, had hard drive error few times, called them twice and got approval for the replacement unit. After I sent the defective unit back to them, there is no more communication from them, no phone call, no email, regardless how many email I sent them with specific case number on it. I fed up and called tech support and customer support, they both blame the shipping department that they have too many orders. They basically sold me a defective unit and don't keep their promise warranty within a year. lsd User's recommendation: Be ware of bad customer service if you want to buy their product.
