Defective item and egregiously poor customer service

On 4/20/19 we purchased an Arise wireless queen size adjustable base for $599.00. On June 30th, the head riser made a loud cracking sound and a piece of plastic shot across the room. We talked to AMF in Pueblo Co today regarding this issue and the customer service told us to call Ergomotion. We told them no, we want to talk with a higher up person. That person was to busy to come speak with us. They are never to busy when a person is purchasing an item. After all of this, the customer service is sending out a service person to look at it. This product is 2+ months old and there should not be a question whether or not we get a new one sent out. AMF should stand behind the merchandise sold in the store.
