I have your watch model 856LXLDRD and have to tell you that although the face of the watch is beautiful, the construction of the band is the worst I have ever seen.....It is glued to a metal piece, that, under normal wear separates and makes the watch useless.....also the design is such that you cannot replace the band with a "common" watch band using standard pins.......In other words it i useless.....I need you to replace the band or provide a sufficient credit to replace this model with one of your standard watches.....It is unreasonable to assume that the burden of replacement should continue to fall on(305 the customer when in fact the original design was in fact just plain bad....Please help!
