I sent a message to company customer service explained one of the hearing aids was defective & would like a replacement They indicate on the website they will replace defective item They never responded they charged me twice for the product when I only ordered 1 pair! I did get my money back, but I had to fight with them to get it I have read the reviews they were all negative!! reviews reviews User's recommendation: I would tell them to never buy anything from this company.
