*** BUYERS BEWARE *** WILLOWDALE NISSAN Leased a 2021 Nissan Rogue and less than 24 hours after pick up, there was an Engine Malfunction warning the warning came up 3 times in the first 5 days. Took it to the dealership, the service department said they can't figure out what the issue is and the Nissan certified technicians don't know what caused the warnings! The customer satisfaction department also did nothing to help. They just read from the same script and repeated exactly what the service guy said word for word after a week. Nissan isn't willing to accept and take responsibility for the 'lemon' they are giving to customers!!! There's clearly something defective with this engine, and I'm expected to put my safety and others' safety at risk on the road! No regard for safety and can't back up their own products (unwilling to provide proof that the car is free of defect) The Willlowdale Nissan Sales Managers and Salesperson ignored the emails that were sent and never reply! The customer service representative closed the case without offering any resolutions. This has been the WORSE experience I've ever had leasing a vehicle! I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated. It's unfortunate that Nissan doesn't take their customer's satisfaction seriously. I expected more from the customer satisfaction department manager and the Dealership sales managers. User's recommendation: Never purchase a Nissan Vehicle!
