I purchased a box of clairol nice and easy from Walmart. Package looked okay. Opened package to use it a week later and it was missing the colorant and the toner was runny with bubbles. Could not return to Walmart due to this. Paid 6.92. I want to be reimbursed by clairol as I had to go out and purchase a new box at right aid for 8.00. The proof of purchase bar code is [protected].
