I had the boots for two years wearing them maybe 5 times. Took them out of the original box to wear and the plastic from the soles and up, have cracked almost all the way around both boots. These are beyond defective but on February 17, 2021, the North Face customer service didnt want to do anything. They are out of warranty but these are junk. Do not buy any footwear from them. User's recommendation: Don’t buy footwear.
