I received this as a christmas gift. I have no receipt and item was bought from a store. I have used it 5 times but after using the massager 3 times, the massaging part no longer works. Heating part works though. Is there a way to reset this part of it or do I need to replace it? User's recommendation: After using this 3 times, the massaging part will not work. Heating part still works. Like this item but after 3 times it malfunctions, not worth it. Save your money.
