I was given a vanilla gift card of £100 as a leaving present from my work colleagues. I went on holiday on the 21st June and tried to use in several places in the airport where it for declined on all readers Ive tried again today to use in restaurant in Jamaica where the same issue arised Ive created an account to check the balance and it said a payment was taken out for my lunch at Gatwick which is impossible as it got declined and I then had to use my card Im appalled by this and have been trying to contact customer seh was but have difficulty as I am abroad can someome assist me with this ASAP please
