Declined pirchase

Trying to make a purchase and it was declined. I called my bank they informed me my card and everything was good,they didnt decline it so I called click bank. The first person said he couldnt help me, told me to leave a message and someone would get back to me in 24 hrs. That was not exceptable. If I didnt pay now the price would go from $58.00 to $97.00. Sorry mam and he hung up. They call that customer service. So I called back well the prices changed right in front of me to the $97.00. And still no help from click bank User's recommendation: Do t CPI t on customer service.
