Deceptive ordering, double/triple charging

I ordered the Chef Basket $14.99, with the $4.99 upgrade to stainless steel. I clicked on the "No" box for a list of other options they offered. After entering my credit card info, without letting me review my order, it charged me $63.92 for a number of extra items that I did not order. I called their customer service number [protected] and was told by my Verizon provider that this call could not be completed. Tried it twice, then called the number they gave to order from their web site. After listening to a list of options I got to "track your order". It gave me the same phone number that I had already tried plus an e-mail address - "trackmyorder" or something like that. This only ended up giving me a "Site Unavailable" message.
