Deceptive Facebook ads

I bought a shower head from a Facebook ad that claimed a money back if not satisfied. Then when I finally received the purchase it was a plastic piece of cheap crap. And I paid 55$ for it. Didn’t even have a hose. So I want to return it but have been told they don’t give refunds. Liars!
