Stub hub claims to refund 120% of cost on canceled events but in fact they only offer this as a credit to a future event with an expiration date. They also hold actual refunds for 120 days or more using your money for their purposes. Do not do business with them. Use another provider at all cost. When questioned on this they claim its due to Covid-19. Please!!!! File a claim/complaint with the consumer protection agency in your state. User's recommendation: Avoid Stub Hub!!!
