Clearly states Non Dairy. So after 3 days of severe stomach issues I read the very fine print which states it has Milk Proteins. These are a derivative of dairy. Found out it is not illegal but it sure does cause a serious problem for people like me who are dairy intolerant. There should be a better law as this can be very serious. User's recommendation: Do Not Buy.
