Debt reconcilistion and waiting on info to send to my insurance company. Need customer service

I am satisfied with the initiative to settle my remaining balance with the Insurance I purchased when the Hyundai Sonata 2017 was leased. The Hyundai Customer service Rep. was going to send the Insurance company the info to validate the damages covered by the Insurance to receive reimbursement. Upon Hyundais receipt of this money my account will be paid in full. User's recommendation: Understand the process on how the insurance purchased when leasing a car are Handled when turning I. Your leased vehicle.
