Debit card despatch

MY old debit card has expired and I am glad that Canara bank has dispatched new one, without even a request. I was happy, but short lived. the new card has not been linked to my account is useless even as a tongue cleaner. even after couple of reminders the card could not be linked to my account and simply advised to come over to the branch and collect non personalized card, if it is emergency. I thought o it is not an emergency and waited for over a month to see that the personalized new card is linked to my account. what a pathetic performance of the bank. the mobile app is also incredibly stupid. the captcha is in black shade with thick lines and blurred in such a way that you will need a cryptographer to read it. people of 50 + cannot do mobile banking with such a captcha style. God save this bank. But I am helplessly locked.
